Vespa Largeframe 2 transfer ports 125/150cc – Sprint150 (VLB1T), GT125 (VNL2T), GL150 (VLA1T), Super125/150 (VNC1T/VBC1T), VNB, VBA, VBB – incl. O-rings

All engine gaskets should always be replaced during an overhaul. The easiest way to do this is to lubricate the gaskets with a little grease to make them stick to the housing and prevent them from being bent or damaged during installation. Sealing compound is only necessary if the housing is defective (scores in the sealing surface or similar). If your engine case drips it is usually due to unbalance tightening of the screws or damage to your case halves.
The case should be tightened evenly (crosswise) with a torque wrench, with a value of 6-8NM according to Piaggio’s specification.
